The St. Thomas Syro Malabar Catholic Forane Church in Somerset originated as a mission organized by 15 families in 2000. As the number of families increased, we decided to build our own church. In 2015, our new church was built in Somerset and inaugurated. We currently have about 280  families in our parish family. The St. Thomas Syro Malabar Catholic Forane Church in Somerset stands out among similar Syro-Malabar parishes in the diocese for the Christian love among parish families. Let us pray that this sense of love, fellowship, and sharing continue in our parish as we grow together and go further in our journey of faith.

The Eucharistic Revival is an unprecedented grassroots movement towards deeper devotion to the Holy Eucharist led by the Bishops of the United States. Starting Sunday June 11th we begin the second phase which is the Parish Level Eucharistic Revival. This phase is intended to foster Eucharistic devotion at the parish level, strengthening our liturgical life through faithful celebration of the Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, missions, resources, preaching, and organic movements of the Holy Spirit. We have a 30 minute Eucharistic adoration on Sunday

March 8-10: Youth Retreat for all High School & College students organized by the DYA Team led by Geo Roncy.

March 15-17: Adults and Children Lenten Retreats .

Fr. Aneesh Baby will lead the retreat for adults and Sehion Ministry for the children.
